Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to renters while allowing us enough time to make the trailer available to someone else.

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the rental begins:
A full refund will be issued.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before the rental begins:
50% of the rental payment will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the rental begins:
No refund will be issued.
No-shows:
No refund will be issued for a reservation that is not used and is not canceled in advance.
Early Returns:
No refunds or credits will be given for unused rental days or unused portions of a weekly rental.
Weather or Emergency Situations:
If severe weather or an unexpected emergency prevents the rental from taking place, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a rescheduled rental date or partial/full refund depending on the circumstances.
Refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original payment method.
By reserving the trailer, the renter acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.

Late Return Policy

The trailer must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time.

Any trailer returned after the agreed-upon return time will be charged an additional $150 rental fee.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. A late return does not automatically extend the rental period or guarantee availability.

The renter may also be responsible for any reasonable, documented costs resulting from a late return that prevents us from fulfilling a subsequent reservation.

Other Fees

Abandoned Trailer/Trailer Recovery: $150 within 20 miles of Fremont
If the renter is unable to return the trailer as agreed and we must arrange for the trailer to be picked up or recovered, a $150 recovery fee will apply. In addition to any reasonable, documented costs incurred for mileage, towing, labor, or other recovery expenses.

Cleaning & Disposal: $100
The trailer must be returned free of garbage, debris, and personal belongings. A $100 cleaning and disposal fee will be charged if garbage or debris is left in the trailer. Any applicable landfill, transfer station, or disposal fees will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee.

Lost or Broken Equipment/Parts: Replacement Cost + 25%

Unauthorized Sub-Rental or Sub-Lending: $150 + resulting costs/damages

Failure to remove belongings: $50 + disposal/shipping costs
